  Clever CMMS Release Candidate

For the last few months, software developers here at Clever Solutions have been busy further building on the Clever CMMS project. The new upgrade will be a significant improvement on the current Clever CMMS version 3.0.

Importantly, the new Clever CMMS will sport a brand new Work Order form that will allow users to keep better documentation of the maintenance carried out. While many more details can be filled in, the form has been left uncomplicated and designed for quick data entry.

Another improvement is the scheduling system which has been completely overhauled, and now not only works much quicker but also includes more functionality. Users will now be able to automatically schedule work orders, modify existing schedules, print employee timetables, and monitor employee schedule adherence, with minimal effort.

Some other functions to look out for include better organization of employee leave, improved general planning abilities, a new calendar function, a more comprehensive Help, and the usual minor bug fixes.

Clever CMMS version 3.2 is due for release in February, 2009. Despite so much increased functionality, it will still be a FREE upgrade for current users of Clever CMMS version 3.0.
